In an effort to protect our users from unwanted and unsolicited commercial email (SPAM) we have implemented two DNS blacklists (dnsbl). These are basically databases listing known sources of SPAM, in a DNS zone file. BorrelliNet mail servers will not accept any mail being relayed through a server that is listed in either of these blacklists. The dnsbl that we are currently using are:
sbl.spamhaus.org
xbl.spamhaus.org
If you are attempting to send legitimate email to a BorrelliNet user and your mail is being rejected or bounced back to you, please use our web based support form to notify us of the problem. In the "Problem Description" field please paste the contents of the delivery failure notification you received from us and we will investigate the issue and get back to you with an explanation and/or solution.
If you are a BorrelliNet customer and you have received an email that you consider to be SPAM please forward the email in it's entirety to spam@borrellinet.net and we will investigate the source of the mail and place it on our own block list if necessary.
